Reset Your Lost Password

Sorry, we cannot retrieve your original password. For your security, your password has been saved in an encrypted format that cannot be recalled. Therefore, we cannot tell you what your existing password is, but we can give you a new password instead. You can use this new password to login, and after logging in, change your password to one that you prefer. To get a new password, follow the steps below.

1. Supply the e-mail address you registered with.
2. A confirmation e-mail message with an activation link and new password will be sent to you.
3. Click on the link in the email message (or cut and paste the link in your browser) to activate your new password for the Pristine Resource Center within 72 hours.
4. Activate your new password.
